"storyline": "เอก หนุ่มทันสมัย ที่อยากก้าวเข้าหาเทคโนโลยี ตัดสินใจรับงานเป็นช่างติดตั้งโมเด็มให้กับบริษัทโทรคมนาคมในเมือง โดยการตัดสินใจครั้งนี้ทำให้เขาต้องทิ้งบ้านเกิด และ คุณพ่อป้อม ช่างประกอบระนาด ที่ดื้อ และไม่พร้อมจะยอมรับความเปลี่ยนแปลง ไว้กับเพื่อนสนิท กต\n\nหลังจากที่ เอก ย้ายมาอยู่ในเมืองได้ไม่นาน ก็มีสายเข้าจาก ป้อม แต่ก่อนที่เอกจะจับใจความได้สายก็หลุดไป เอกตัดสินใจขอความช่วยเหลือจากอ้น เพื่อนร่วมงาน ให้ช่วยสืบสาเหตุของสัญญาณที่หายไป เมื่อสืบดูก็พบว่าเสาสัญญาณทุกต้นรอบ ๆ หมู่บ้านปิดปรับปรุงพร้อมกันหมด\n\nเมื่อเอกไปดูก็พบว่ามีคนร้ายทำลายเสาสัญญาณ เอกจึงรีบกลับไปที่หมู่บ้านช่างเกลียว หมู่บ้านของคนทำระนาด\n\nเมื่อไปถึง เอกพบว่าไม่มีใครอยู่เลย ชาวบ้านทุกคนได้ถูก หวัง และ ริว รวบตัวไปอยู่ในโรงสีของหมู่บ้าน โดยหวังต้องการให้ทุกคนในหมู่บ้าน เซ็นต์มอบที่ดินให้นายจ้างของตน\n\nเอกต้องหาทางช่วยเหลือคนในหมู่บ้านจากคนร้ายนับสิบคนก่อนที่ทุกคนจะเซ็นต์สัญญาเสร็จ และถูกฆ่าปิดปาก ในอีกไม่กี่ชั่วโมง"
