"storyline": "ไม่กี่อาทิตย์ภายหลังเหตุการณ์ใน ไดโนเสาร์ของโนบิตะ(2006) โนบิตะได้ค้นพบไข่ไดโนเสาร์ที่ไม่เคยถูกพบมาก่อนจากการขุดหาแถบชั้นใต้ดินใกล้บ้าน ก่อนจะฟักตัวออกมาเป็นไดโนเสาร์พันธุ์ขนสีเขียว และสีชมพู ที่โนบิตะตั้งชื่อว่า คิวและมิว ที่มีนิสัยต่างกัน ทั้งสามเริ่มผูกพันต่อกัน กลายเป็นสายสัมพันธ์ที่แน่นแฟ้น เขาจึงตัดสินใจจะดูแล และปกป้องทั้งสองตัวให้ดีที่สุด ไม่ให้ต่างจากที่เขาเคยมีกับ พีสึเกะ ไดโนเสาร์ตัวแรกของโนบิตะ เมื่อเพื่อนๆ รู้ ทั้งหมดก็พากันตกใจมาก เพราะลูกไดโนเสาร์มีขน ไม่เคยถูกค้นพบมาก่อนบนโลก ทว่าโลกใบนี้ไม่ใช่โลกที่เหมาะสมกับไดโนเสาร์อย่างคิวและมิว โดราเอมอนและผองเพื่อนจึงขอให้ โนบิตะพาคิวและมิวกลับไปที่ๆ มันอยู่ แม้โนบิตะจะเศร้าใจ แต่ก็พร้อมที่จะทำเพื่อความสุขและสบายใจของทั้งคู่ โนบิตะจึงพาทั้งคู่ไปหาพวกที่ยุคครีเตเชียส โดยโดราเอมอน ได้ใช้ของวิเศษอย่าง “ไข่นักสำรวจ” มาช่วยในการออกค้นหาสถานที่ที่ไดโนเสาร์พันธุ์แบบคิวและมิวอาศัยอยู่ หลังจากนั้น ทั้งหมดก็ถูกจ้องทำร้าย โดยบุคคลไม่ทราบฝ่าย อีกทั้งวันที่ไดโนเสาร์นับล้านต้องสูญพันธุ์ ดันใกล้เข้ามาเรื่อยๆ เมื่อดาวหางเริ่มโคจรใกล้พื้นผิวโลกขึ้นมาทุกที โนบิตะและผองเพื่อนจะสามารถตามหาผองเพื่อน และปกป้องคิวและมิวจากมหันตภัยร้ายครั้งนี้ได้หรือไม่ หรือสุดท้าย ประวัติศาสตร์จะเป็นสิ่งที่ไม่อาจหวนกลับไปแก้ไขซ้ำได้อีกแล้ว....."
